Are you passionate about Real Estate and looking to kickstart a rewarding career in Property Management? Our established Real Estate company, operating since 2001, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the repairs and maintenance division.

**Key Qualifications and Responsibilities**:

- Commitment and eagerness to learn are essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written correspondence
- Ability to engage in high level mature conversations
- Deliver top-notch service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Willingness to undergo compliance training if not already certified
- Possession of a driver's license and access to a car is mandatory
