Based at our Mascot headquarters and reporting directly to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, you’ll be responsible for ensuring employee remuneration is in alignment with company policies and guidelines, is competitive, and compliant with legal requirements.
- You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:_
- Supporting and implementing remuneration practices and policies that align with the People & Safety strategy.
- Conducting job evaluations, benchmark roles and analyse market data by participating in and submitting to relevant surveys.
- Supporting and facilitating annual review processes, including remuneration, incentives and performance review cycles.
- Assisting in the implementation of incentive schemes and reporting on outcomes to monitor and ensure effectiveness.
- Supporting and promoting benefits programs including liaising with third party vendors
- Providing specialist advice and guidance on remuneration and benefits inquiries, ensuring best practices are followed

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a business-related discipline, and/or proven experience in a similar role
- 3+ years' experience in analysing data and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Familiarity with KornFerry Job Evaluation methodology desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to monitor, review, and enhance People processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement
- Critical thinker with strong numerical skills and an analytical growth mindset.
