We are seeking a passionate and innovative Visual Merchandiser to join our team and elevate the in-store experience for our customers. As part of the visual merchandising team, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing dynamic displays that reflect the brand’s identity while engaging and inspiring our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments to ensure each retail space feels fresh, exciting, and aligned with the latest trends and seasonal themes.

**Reporting to the Store Manager, the key responsibilities will include**:

- Design & Implementation: Create visually appealing displays, including window displays, product arrangements, and signage, that reflect the brand’s creative direction and seasonal themes.
- Regularly refresh in-store layouts to keep displays exciting, relevant, and aligned with current trends.
- Use store layout and product knowledge to strategically position merchandise and create a cohesive visual flow.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and their unique selling points to highlight key items in your displays.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual displays are consistent with the company’s brand image, aesthetic, and core messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing and store teams to integrate promotional materials, campaigns, and special events into visual setups.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure that displays are practical, well-maintained, and functional for customer experience.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to brainstorm and share new ideas, pushing creative boundaries within store guidelines.

**About you**
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and fresh ideas.
