**La Cosmetique Retail Sales Assistants**
La Cosmetique Retail Sales Assistants are responsible for attracting and recruiting customers, working effectively within a team environment, and consistently maintaining high grooming standards alongside exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product recommendations and sampling.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up and engagement.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and seek positive resolutions.
- Open and close the store, including cash register management and balancing daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring displays and testers are dust-free.
- Ensure the store environment is visually appealing and follows hygiene standards.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, rotating stock to maintain freshness.
- Report inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on store communications, promotions, and updates.
- Execute promotions, events, and store strategies as directed by management.
- Keep the store welcoming, clean, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, including breaks, cleanliness standards, and sales reporting.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the success of La Cosmetique, ensuring that both individual and store goals are met while providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $63,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
