Product Selection

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing product selection and quotation support in the first instance for the full range of our product portfolio, assisting our Sales teams in quotation of the Projects business
- Provide price and delivery confirmation for supply and/or delivery lead times
- Support margin and profitability management through diligent and strategic pricing
- Provide support to the Company Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy and assist in management of project profitability
- To assess in the first instance who/where or how should the technical enquiry be managed, and divert as required
- To assist the sales team to select the correct product and manage the flow of information within the technical team
- Provide support to teams developing and maintaining internal processes / reporting requirements to ensure the company meets and exceeds customer’s contractual requirements in regards to response times and delivery performance
- Interact with the relevant sales and operations functions, and 3rd party vendors to ensure 100% quote accuracy to meet customers’ expectations
- Support the sales team in engaging with customers as required
- Review, validate, and ensure customer purchase orders are in-line with our quotes / proposals.
- Conduct a handover meeting with order/project management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Strive to provide a high professional standard of service to internal and external customers
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue and promote discussion regarding this opportunity
