We are currently recruiting for a Tender Manager for our Ecological Restoration team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the environment and that can work throughout the Greater Sydney Region. The role will include protecting the company's interests in commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with contract administration and financial requirements.

**The Tender manager will**:

- Perform as the primary point of contact between Total Earth Care and clients to implement contract delivery and performance tracking, financial management, administration systems and technical coordination.
- Provide strategic leadership and specific business advice and guidance in relation to the specific client contract.
- Responsibility for all aspects of client relationship, including management of contracts, negotiation of client arrangements and enabling client performance by managing performance of TEC workflow, obligations, and commitments.
- Assist in the management of contractual and commercial disputes. 
- In depth review and critique of tender submissions.
- Provide advice and information to projects on contractual and commercial obligations including compliance with contract documents, legislation and Australian or relevant Standards.
- Complete tenders autonomously.
- Develop strong relationships with Project Managers

**To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Tender or Contract Management (Australia)
- Tertiary qualified in Environment related discipline, Landscaping or Construction
- Experience in contract law, or qualification in contract law
- Experience using computer-based mapping software, i.e. QGIS, Avenza (plus ARC desirable)
- Comprehensive and broad experience in business operations
- WHS White Card
- Current drivers’ licence and must have experience driving a manual vehicle
- High focus on accuracy and quality
- Strong skills in Microsoft word and excel
- Problem resolution skills and adaptability
- Deadline and detail orientated
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Experienced bush regenerator

**Desirable but not required**:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance or Science discipline
- Market knowledge in Landscaping
- Other knowledge (incl. WHS, First Aid, EEO)
