Regional Leader, Advanced Analytics and Ai

**In this diverse role you will**:

- Drive the growth of Advanced Analytics and AI capabilities and revenue in accordance with GHD Digital’s Business Plan
- Lead, develop and grow a high-performing team to deliver Advanced Analytics and AI solutions based on client needs
- Work with Market Development and other key leaders in GHD to position GHD Digital as the first choice in the minds of clients for Advanced Analytics and AI
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide advice on Digital Analytics strategies, opportunities, technologies and solutions both to clients and key GHD leaders as appropriate
- Lead and develop Advanced Analytics solutions to help grow GHD Digital’s presence and market share in the region
- Build effective relationships GHD Digital Analytics Services Teams, Market Leaders and Service Lines and develop a pro-active solution driven approach, which will be facilitated by key client relationships at multiple levels

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Extensive experience working within Data Analytics and exposure to Digital Transformation programs either on client or consulting side
- Ideally have a background in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with alliance partners, as appropriate
- Experience in successfully executing strategic goals established for the team
- A passion to be able to motivate and inspire others in the team and invest time in people by acting as a mentor as well as create an environment where people are supported to innovate and experiment
