**Position Purpose**:
The Education Counsellor helps international students to find a solution together by selecting the right course and institute that suits students’ profile, budget & limitations to ensure the student reach their desired goal. Driving the achievement of customer service, satisfaction, retention, and customer success.

**Positions are Available**:Sydney CBD

**Job Types**:Part-time/ Full-time, Immediate start

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design a tailored and effective study plan according to students' individual situations.
- Liaison between students, parents, and education providers
- Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET ex; Visa services, OSHC & OVHC & Professional Year.
- Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention of students
- Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system
- Other relevant student service duties

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent sales track record, working within a high sales KPI & incentive driven environment.
- Vocational or tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and higher desirable)
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
- Understanding of Immigration system/visa pathways.

**Remuneration**: Fixed salary along with attractive incentive scheme
