**The Opportunity**
- Set up and manage document control processes, registers, and filing systems for projects.
- Transmit and track project documentation using online document management systems.
- Coordinate document flow protocols, RFI procedures, and client deliverables.
- Attend project meetings and support onboarding/demobilisation of team members.
- Assist in producing document management plans and ensure compliance with client standards.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with online document management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including calm problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience in a project environment and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
