**Full-time Specialist Cleaning Operator All-Rounder - Strata and Commercial Sites**
- Permanent Role/Full Time: Mon-Fri
- Sydney sites; St Leonards starting point
- Drivers Licence essential/company vehicle provided

This is a pivotal role liaising with both Synergy Asset Services staff and our clients in various locations, based in North Sydney area. We believe in hiring the right person to ensure our valued clients receive quality service and care. This role will be diverse in nature, where two days will never be the same. **Duties include but are not limited to**:

- General cleaning: initial services on new sites, holiday and leave coverage for existing team members, and assistance to existing teams where required
- Waste and Bin management: moving of bins out/in for collection, washing of bins and bin rooms, rubbish removals
- Carpet cleaning (steam cleaning)
- Hard surface cleaning (scrubber machine, buffing/strip/re-seal)
- High-pressure cleaning ( cleaning cark parks, tiles and hard surfaces, graffiti )
- Warehouse management: stock/equipment control, cleaning and maintaining of equipment, safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Hours of work will be day shift, night shifts and some weekends however predominantly the role will be between Mon-Fri 6:30am-5pm

- Cleaning experience in one or more disciplines prefered
- Be highly safety focused
- Be able to work to a high quality standard
- Able to work autonomously where required
- Be willing travel between jobs sites where required
- Strong attention to details and high standard of presentation
- Must hold a full NSW driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Be committed to this role for a long term basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
