We are currently in the market for a positive and switched-on character to assist our business based north of the river. This is an interesting and multi-functional role where you will be assisting in the day-to-day marketing and recruitment resourcing within the engineering and construction sectors.

This role will be working in a positive and flexible environment reporting to the company Directors and contributing to the general growth of the business. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skillset wearing many hats across hands-on recruitment, social media coordination, database management and business marketing.

**Duties**:

- Assist with internal projects which may cover systems, IT integration, business strategy, general admin etc.
- Conduct research to assist the business across the typical functions of accounting, marketing, recruitment process, business improvement
- Contribute to the culture of this company by bringing ideas and creativity as well as good energy to the office

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and admin/computer skills - ideally MS Applications, Social Media, Database exposure
- Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to think outside the box - take ideas and make them your own i.e. improve them/innovate
- Willingness to research and problem-solve when needed
