**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working in the Contributions Planning team, this role is responsible for the planning, development and management of Council’s contribution planning framework. With significant long-term growth, there is exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic and statutory land use and infrastructure planning.

Contribution planning is a rewarding career path that is highly valued with ongoing opportunity in engineering, community development, project management, account management, land use planning, asset management, environmental law, geo spatial and data analysis

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Prepare plans, policies and agreements that govern the delivery of major community and development infrastructure based on best practices
- Project manage the preparation and revision of Council’s infrastructure delivery programs as they relate to contribution planning
- Provide advice to the organisation on infrastructure contribution issues, infrastructure funding opportunities and whole of government contribution reform

**ABOUT YOU**
- To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:

- Tertiary qualifications or experience in planning, development, design or delivery of infrastructure;
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated, practical, with the ability to work autonomously, manage a complex and dynamic workload, and achieve results; and
