**About the Role**

As the Warranty Claims Officer, your responsibilites will include
- Efficiently and accurately track warranty claims.
- Reconciling warranty receivables with payments.
- Following upon payment of outstanding claims.
- Process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner and in line with warranty policy and procedures.
- Compile warranty claim data to be used for management decision making

**About You**
- Strong customer management skills - a good relationship builder
- Intermediate MS Excel
- A strong work ethic - able to be reliable
