Training Facilitator

**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Facilitator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the training of our new and existing employees in our Food & Beverage division. In this role you will arrange and facilitate virtual training programs, review and update content and ensure the training needs of our employees are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
- Lead virtual training sessions, utilizing your strong facilitation skills to engage participants effectively.
- Review and revamp existing training content, focusing on foundational and technical training for new associates.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum within our established framework.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate to expert level.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with diverse teams and lead engaging presentations.
- Experience in running virtual training programs, with a focus on technical content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
