**Lead Educator**

We are looking for a Lead/Assistant Educator to join our Little Wonders Montessori Team.

**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator/Assistant Educator who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning. To be successful in this role you must have a passion for making a difference in children’s lives. A diploma in Montessori Education is ideal but not necessary, however willing to train in Montessori Education.

**You are**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or studying towards
- Cert 3 in Early childhood or studying towards
- Valid Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Sound understanding of EYLF and NQF
- Previous childcare experience preferred.
- Full working rights in Australia

The successful applicant must be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth. **Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
