**Days and Hours**:
**2 days per week**
- ** Tuesdays**: 8:00 am 5:15 pm
- ** Wednesdays**: 8:00 am 5:15 pm
- _(Some flexibility appreciated)_

**Ideal Nanny**:
️ Warm, experienced, and trustworthy
️ Confident managing both children, including active toddler care
️ Comfortable with a short uphill walk pushing a pram
️ Respectful approach to guiding behaviour and routines
️ Interest in early learning/development encouraged
️ Must be comfortable with **no screen time** during care
**Typical Day and Responsibilities**:
**Childcare**:

- Assist kids to get dressed (breakfast already done)
- Local outings: playground, backyard, library, etc.
- Unstructured play, craft, baking, gardening
- ** Youngest naps** after lunch (a great time for focused activities with the older child)
- Afternoon tea and play outside or short outing
- Occasionally heat dinner or put on rice

**Light house tasks: (During nap times)**
- Laundry wash, hang, fold and put away kids clothes
- General tidying of play areas used during the day
- Occasionally unpack Woolworths cold groceries
- Light meal/snack prep for the kids

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualifications preferred (Not essential)
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current Working With Children s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English - French-speaking is a bonus, but not essential
- Non smoking
