This will be you chance to shine, creating and developing a small dedicated National Service team for Australia's number one commercial cookware distributor supplying to a broad range of industry sectors including but not limited to: hospitality, aged care, hospital sectors and correctional institutions experiencing phenomenal growth.

As **Service Delivery Team Leader**, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager,** **you will lead by example and be** **responsible for a team that manages the service needs of their highly valued customers across the country, leading a team who coordinate and schedule all installation and maintenance jobs. Your leadership, guidance and enthusiasm will set the bar to the highest standards and will help build a best practice operation together with a unified and supportive culture.

Tech savvy, any experience using a CRM system similar to **Salesforce** would be ideal. You will be resilient and strong, as a clear communicator, able to manage service delivery expectations/escalated cases as well as ensure that the service delivery team remain on track, motivated and focused. Previous experience in a similar team leadership role would be ideal in either a call centre or customer service environment.
