**Core Activities**
- Manage outbound bookings with transport providers and suppliers
- Prepare international shipping documents and co-ordinate pick-ups with forwarding agents as required
- Co-ordinate and print product labels as required for outbound international/ interstate deliveries as required
- Maintain outbound/inbound pallet registry in accordance with company requirements
- Administer and maintain outbound inter-company transfer process in inventory systems and ensure all outstanding T/O’s are audited weekly
- Liaise with Client operations and concierge services regarding delivery or service issues and action accordingly to resolve
- Maintain Outbound KPI scorecard in accordance with business requirements
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

**Inventory Control**
- Participate in the preparation and co-ordination of cycle counts and stocktakes
- Maintain outbound transactional records accurately in WMS and Netsuite systems in line with company expectations
- Ensure all interstate/international receiving discrepancies accurately administered and actioned within timely fashion

**Quality Control Processes**
- Ensure all outbound administrative tasks are completed on time and in full
- Ensure KPI targets on dispatch are met
- Ensure pallet audits and control measures accurately maintained to minimise loss

- Report immediately of any foreseeable risks or dangerous activity
- Report immediately of any incidents or accidents
- Comply with all Coco Republic workplace health, safety and behavioural guidelines
- Ensure work areas are always clean and clear and free of rubbish and debris
