PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Preston's looking for experienced Warehouse Team Coordinators. Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinators to report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and be a vital addition to their clients, customers, and project teams.

Due to expansion, the team are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinators to report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and be a vital addition to their clients, customers, and project teams.

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in the day-to-day running of their department, including delegating job tasks to other team members to achieve operational objectives and meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers, so previous exposure in warehouse and logistics is crucial.

**Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:

- Responsible for supervision of team members and ensuring customer SLA and productivity goals are met
- Works with other departments to ensure correct allocation of team members, job tasks and resources
- Competent in understanding regulations relating to warehouse operations including handling, storage, loading/unloading of specific products
- General administration duties including but not limited to temporary labour hire timekeeping etc.
- Steps up into the Warehouse Supervisor role as required
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of most warehouse functions and understands all tasks

- Excellent level of interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion in their work output
- Demonstrated ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level of computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and physical environment
- Excellent understanding of warehousing operations
- Desire to be in a leadership role and take on responsibility
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Capacity to learn quickly and take on additional challenges
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
