**What we are looking for**

The Warehouse Clerk position reports to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will provide efficient and courteous administrative assistance to support the busy warehouse and loading dock operations.

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Collaborating closely with internal departments, such as F&B and Accounts Payable
- Raising purchase orders for the Warehouse, Loading Dock, and Public Area Consumables
- Managing outstanding invoices from Converga, following up with suppliers, Star outlets and Accounts Payable as required.
- Controlling and maintaining stock levels of Public Area Consumables on a weekly basis
- Contacting suppliers to obtain quotations for new items or substitutes as needed
- Ensuring accurate data entry and receipting of invoices daily and promptly escalating any issues.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in Warehouse Administration
- Ideally have experience with Converga and Oracle systems
- Inventory control and warehouse loading dock experience
- Proven experience in Receipting invoices and data entry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills
