**About the Job**

We work in partnership with
**Breville** to provide a high-quality Brand Ambassador team into key retailers nationally. Our team demonstrates and sells Breville's premium range of market-leading coffee machines to coffee lovers that want to create that café experience at home. We offer the know-how and experience in store to help customers choose Breville over any other machine.

Your role is integral in onboarding, training and continuously developing our staff so that they are able to deliver the best coffee sales experience possible in stores. You will constantly evaluate and mentor team members and initiate skills training and personal development where necessary to get the best out of the team and ensure that we are consistently delivering our weekly sales targets.

This full-time opportunity requires Saturday and Sunday availability, with flexibility across which 3 weekdays you work.

**About You**

You will need to be a confident communicator with exceptional people skills and a passion for nurturing team members to constantly improve themselves.

You will recognise and support individual and team success but won’t be afraid to have tough conversations, when these are required, in order to proactively address performance gaps.
