**The role**

We have multiple roles available for casual opportunities in our team. You will contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing great care and services to our residents. In this role you will assist residents with their personal care, emotional and spiritual needs and promote social engagement.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities
- To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or willingness to attain)
- Genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
