**Could you be the next Allocations Analyst?**
Due to rapid growth in the business, we are looking for a new Allocations Analyst to join our Sales Operations Team. This role will be responsible for coordinating day to day administrative requirements to successfully achieve accuracy of Transfer Records, Sales Order Records, Allocation Records and expected Customer Delivery. To facilitate correct movement of inventory as well as efficient reporting to assist all departments in ensuring smooth delivery of client orders as well as visibility of inventory records.

**What to expect on a day-to-day basis**

**Sales Order Data Administration**
- Update Sales order Allocation of Stock vs system and report on anomalies.
- Coordinate necessary actions with Purchasing, Buying, Warehouse and Operations team.
- Perform the allocations on time in order to maintain the flow of inventory and meet logistic requirements.

**Transfer Process Lead**
- Develop processes with Warehouse Admin to be more effective and streamlined in movement of Inventory.
- Liaise with warehouse Admin personnel to ensure daily tasks and internal customer needs are being met.

**Reporting**
- Generate reports such as Weekly Container forecast, Allocation reporting and Allocation tracking.
- Assist in producing ad hoc reports

**Process Improvement**
- Assist Supply Allocation Manager and Sales Operation Manager to review and improve processes for Operations.

**Optimisation of Stock Allocation**
- Responsible for ensuring all customers (ANZ and US) needs internal and external are met via to monitor system activities. This is managed through analytics, ensuring all Coco Republic stock is being allocated correctly in order to maximise delivered sales, delivery in full and on time (DIFOT) and net promoter score (NPS)
- Proactively mining for reallocations to maximise delivered sales.
