**About the Role**

The position supports the creation of competitive, high-quality educational products by benchmarking against similar offerings and contributes to the long-term product strategy for Endeavour College and the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Coordination and Planning**
- Lead the planning and coordination of course accreditation projects, liaising with senior leadership to ensure alignment with institutional goals and timelines.

**Course Accreditation Application Development**
- Support curriculum benchmarking, proofread documentation for accuracy, and present proposals to internal and external governance bodies as required.

**Course Resource Development**
- Contribute directly to resource creation by developing teaching and assessment materials within areas of expertise.
- Oversee the development of teaching and assessment resources by coordinating with staff and contractors.

**About You**
- Have experience in course development and accreditation within Higher Education and/or VET.
- Can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Possess strong research, writing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and academic integrity.
- Enjoy collaborating across teams to develop high-quality, industry-relevant educational resources.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Health Sciences or a related or similar field
- Experience in higher education teaching, learning and assessment.
- Excellent liaison, negotiation and collaborative capability.
- Excellent writing capacity and attention to detail.
