Whether it is welcoming visitors from around the world showcasing the stunning views from the SkyPoint Observation Deck, serving delicious food and drinks at the Bistro+Bar, taking guests to new heights on the SkyPoint Climb, or hosting events of all shapes and sizes - SkyPoint is an extraordinary and diverse venue with something for everyone.

We are searching for a Staffing and Scheduler to support our operations team and be the key contact for the amazing team that work at SkyPoint. The Venue Staffing and Scheduler is responsible for facilitating efficient staffing levels throughout the business which is achieved through:

- Developing rosters within budget and compliance with our Enterprise Agreement;
- Support team through enquiries and managing absences;
- Monitor daily staffing operations and labour costs adjusting accordingly;
- Generate staffing reports and analyse data for trends and patterns;
- Forward plan to ensure an appropriate pool of team members to fulfil business requirements;
- Support operations in the effective recruitment and onboarding of new team members;
- Oversee team training and ensure training compliance and qualifications are up to date;
- Maintain accurate records including absenteeism and personnel information.

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Previous experience building rosters;
- Strong administrative skills including sound computer proficiency;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Highly organised with the ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines autonomously;
- Exceptional collaborator with multiple stakeholders and positions;
- Maintain confidentially with sensitive information;
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding experience for our guests and team.

Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience using Riteq and/or Tanda rostering and attendance software is highly desirable.

This is a full-time role with early morning starts to ensure the business is adaptable to change on any day.
