The Endoscopy Bookings Office Clerk assists in managing the resources available to the unit, by assisting with administration duties related to customer service, data entry, waitlisting and communication. The Endoscopy Bookings Office Clerk will perform clerical duties listed in the position description as well as any other clerical duties directed.
The Endoscopy Bookings Office Clerk will have a high level of communication and will be experienced in Microsoft excel as well as other patient software (IPM, Bossnet).
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated high level customer service
- Previous clerical experience
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively in a large complex organisation
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
