**Key duties and role responsibilities**:

- Managing and carrying out regular servicing including preventative maintenance and modifications to elevators, escalators and moving platforms within your territory, in line with servicing schedules and contracts.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors to assist in servicing requirements as well as New Equipment and Modernisation projects if required.
- Providing leads and market intelligence to our sales teams to grow and improve our portfolio.
- Providing after-hours support to your customers including emergencies and callouts.
- Completing Annual Survey, Safety Tests and Hazard & Risk Survey in accordance with Company Policies.
- Maintaining and working to the Quality System including procedures and manuals.
- Ensuring the company image is held in high esteem by paying attention to the appearance of themselves and their direct reports, as well as Company vehicles.

**The desired qualifications / experience for the position are**:

- A sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
- Experience within a Leadership position (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid computer skills
- Scaffold & Riggers license holder (Desirable)
- Current Driver's License
