**Commercial Cleaning Supervisor**
- Support the Area Manager to develop and implement an annual plan, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed on site.
- Ensure the mission and core values of the company are put into practice, fostering a culture of excellence, and collaborative teamwork with client-centred focus.
- The position is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of day-to-day commercial cleaning contracts, with a hands-on approach and interacting with all workers and clients.
- Managing operations employees and clients’ grievances and complaints, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Organise workflow and ensure the staff understand their duties, are competent, have the relevant training, and have all the required equipment.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for the Area Managers.
- Responsible for planning and controlling the staffing and physical resources to efficiently deliver agreed services with clients.
- Active promotion and growth of the services provided.
- Be ready to provide training to your team members, find ways to increase quality customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
- Build trust relationship with clients, based on the integrity, reliability and assertive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maroochydore QLD 4558: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Contract Cleaning Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
