As an Agile Coach at CoreLogic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be at the forefront of driving true agility across our business, relentlessly improving our agile ways of working, and delivering better outcomes to our customers. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

As an Agile Coach at CoreLogic, you will have a unique opportunity to help us shape the future of our growing Real Estate, Insurance & Construction teams.

What is the role?- Guide and mentor multiple teams and leaders, helping them embrace agile values, principles, and practices.- Design and implement strategies for the widespread adoption of agile methodologies, fostering an agile mindset throughout the organization.- Partner with leaders to drive agility and optimize work within our product teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.- Organize and facilitate various agile events as required, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.- Deliver engaging and interactive agile training sessions, equipping teams with the skills and tools needed to succeed.- Support product teams in establishing effective ways of working, fostering strong partnerships with software vendors/partners, and promoting cross-team collaboration.- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, learn from failures, and continuously enhance their capabilities.

Job Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?

You need to have:
- 5+ years working in agile environments with a proven track record of introducing agile concepts and embedding their adoption.- A natural curiosity and a passion for learning, innovation, and driving change.- Expertise in one or more agile at scale frameworks, such as SAFe, LESS, DAD, or others.-
- Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide Product Management and Technology teams towards high performance.- Proficiency in setting up reporting and metrics to assess team and program performance.- A mindset of continuous improvement, thriving in diverse transformation environments.- Advanced knowledge of multiple agile methods, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban.- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.- Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities.- The ability to lead by example, embodying the desired behaviors and values.- Recognised Industry Agile Coaching Certification is desirable but not essential.
