**The role**

**The responsibilities**
Your new role will give you responsibility for:

- Field product or supply queries and solve customer problems by liaising with the supply chain team.

To be successful, you will be energetic and proactive and have:

- a minimum 12 months' phone-based customer service experience.
- exceptional communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
- good follow up and problem resolution skills.
- be tech savvy and ideally have experience using a CRM.

**The rewards**
This role is unique, critical to the success of the business and offers an exceptional working environment. The client is offering a base salary of circa $75K plus bonus, superannuation and parking.
