Our centre in Hurstville is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic educator to join our fun and supportive team in providing high quality care for children aged 0-5 years.

**The role**:
You will learn on the job to gain your Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education. You won't need to attend regular TAFE classes but will be given the opportunity to have paid hands on training and practical experience to complete your Certificate 3 and also be provided study time.

You will support children in their development and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions and learn how to provide physical care. As a valued member of the team, you will observe and document children’s learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.

**About you (Requirements)**
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self driven and motivated
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to complete your Cert III qualification
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Flexibility to work between 7:30am - 6:00 pm
- A valid Working with Children's Check
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the Child Care sector
