**Casual Security Officers**

As a new private security company in Ballarat, we are seeking experienced professional Security Officers to join our well-established teams and provide support across multiple assets. You have the ability to be cross trained across numerous sites that provides you with development opportunities, ability to have variety of experiences fostering greater exposure to systems, clients, stakeholders and developing knowledge and relationships.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Proven experience within the Security sectors_._
- Control Room experience _(desirable)._
- An understanding of WH&S and the ability to identify & manage risks.
- Ability to work in a team environment_._
- Vigilance, proactive and situational awareness.
- Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirable.
- Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds.
- Ability to perform foot patrols _(unrestricted)._

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have full working rights _(unrestricted)._
- Must hold a Current Security License _(essential)_.
- Must hold a Current First Aid Certificate _(essential)._
- Minimum of 2+ years' industry experience _(desirable)._
- Exceptional level of personal grooming _(essential)._
- Exceptional level of customer service _(essential)_.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills _(essential)_.
- Ability to work flexible rotating rosters, day/night without restrictions 24x7 across numerous contracts _(essential)_.
- Knowledge of various Contractor Management Systems _(essential)._

**Renumeration**:

- Fortnightly Pay
- Above award wages, minimum of Level 2 Award Rates
- Casual Work Hours
- Superannuation
