The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.**Your duties include but are not limited to:*** Concierge / commercial building security* Access control and monitor CCTV* Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries* Direct and escort visitors to site* Visitors sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys* Conduct foot patrols internal and external**Veterans are encouraged to apply**If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
