What are we looking for? 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our finance team in the role of Accounts Payable and Accounts All-Rounder. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations of the procure-to-pay process and providing support for various financial accounting and analysis tasks. If you have a good understanding of financial processes, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the AP Lead to maintain controls and governance frameworks for the procure-to-pay process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to accounts payable activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the accounts payable process, using available technology and automation.
- Provide accurate and timely financial accounting support, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Oversee the plant and resource recoveries process, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of recoveries.
- Assist with tax compliance activities, such as tax returns, BAS statements, and fuel credit claims.
- Support lease accounting processes and provide general administration support.

**Essential Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in accounts payable, financial accounting, or analysis is preferred.

Familiarity with financial processes, controls, and systems.

Proficiency in using accounting software and basic MS Excel.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
