This high-performing Global financial services Group require a technical Accountant, with strong exposure across tax, to join their talented team in a temporary capacity to support their year-end reporting process.

**Role Summary**:
The Tax Manager will be responsible for the provision of tax services to both internal and external clients, including managing client’s tax queries and deliverables. The position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills. As Tax Manager you will be required to work together with others in the Tax Services team and others within the organisation to ensure the delivery of our products and services are of high quality. You will also be required to provide support on a broad range of tax related projects and new product development.

**Key Accountabilities / Major Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a full range of tax services and reporting to internal and external client, including review of supplementary tax reporting.
- Liaise with clients on their tax reporting requirements and tax queries
- Provide support on specific projects relating to clients, process improvements and product development
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with tax reporting and processes
- Share knowledge and actively develop self and others in the team

**Experience/Qualifications Required**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Accounting/Finance/Law), with CPA/CA qualification or Masters of Tax desirable
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax, preferably gained in a custody, professional accounting or financial services environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
