**THE ROLE**
- You will play an advisory and training role for the finance community across the Group. This advisory and oversight role is set to expand as the business evolves.
- Challenge the accuracy, integrity and quality of the assets, liabilities and P&L data being reported. You will have full oversight of the FP&A function with overall responsibility for Group consolidation.
- Application of commercial and financial knowledge to influence operational outcomes and deliver results to the CFO, Finance Business Partners and Group Finance Team.
- Management of resource to ensure all departmental deliverables are defined and delivered accurately and of requisite quality in line with customer timetables.
- Responsible for driving and embedding a culture of financial and commercial challenge.
- Define and operationally improve the financial processes, models and systems (e.g. general ledger, forecasting tool and group submission tool). Challenge, develop and implement improvements in efficiency and quality.

**YOU**

A CA qualified accountant (or equivalent) with exposure to complex organisations be it at a group HQ or divisional level. You will bring strong reporting skills, a commercial outlook and an advanced level of experience with TM1, SQL and Tableau.
