To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or Planning or a related discipline and a Class C Driver's Licence.
- A demonstrated sound knowledge of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, and other relevant planning and environmental legislation, and emerging planning reforms.
- A demonstrated ability to produce high quality work on a wide range of environmental planning matters, including the preparation of concise, accurate and timely reports and effective conditions of consent.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills with an ability to relay complex technical information to various audiences.
