**Immediate start (tomorrow)**

**4 weeks with possibility to extend**
**$32+ super per hour**

**Seeking immediately available Receptionist**
Full time hours 9-5 Monday to Friday with one 12-8pm evening shift required. For this reason, someone living in the City or Northbridge would be preferrable.

**Currently we are looking for**:
Receptionist/Administrator for a 4-week assignment with the potential to convert to permanent for the right person. This role is located in HAY street Perth CBD.

**The Role**
Some of the key responsibilities of these role include:

- Managing the reception desk:

- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Greeting visitors to the building
- Ensuring all visitors are signed in and have completed appropriate forms
- Organising visitor name tags
- Other general administration duties

**About you**
- Must have experience in a Reception or front of office role including facing customers
- Ability to fully utilise Microsoft Office software packages
- Great customer service experience skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organisation
- A warm and approachable character with a 'can do' attitude
