**The Role**
Our client, a globally recognised, privately-owned property consultancy, are seeking a Property Analyst to support their Canberra Valuations Team.

Working collaboratively with the Director to support his workload and portfolio, the Property Analyst role will entail:

- Assist in research, analysis and compilation of valuation reports.
- Maintaining and updating files and databases.
- Preparation of submissions, promotional material, reports and presentations.
- Set up and management of timelines and jobs in database.
- Assisting in the management and efficiency of the Directors workflow.
- Provide direct support in all operational, management and business matters.
- Ensure work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously with initiative.
- Financial mindset, able to work accurately with financials/numbers.
- An all-rounder who is confident in their professional ability.
- strong analytical skills.
- high-level coordination skills.
- Experience in the property industry is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in relation to finance, commerce or economics is highly regarded
- Recent graduate looking to further your career in the property space OR experienced administrative professional who is comfortable conducting research and reporting.
