Due to growth in the sales team, we have an exciting opportunity for a sales and customer service driven **New Vehicle Sales Consultant** to develop a lasting and financially rewarding career at **Melville Volkswagen** If you don't shy away from closing deals, are financially driven and want to be the best by providing every customer with a premium sales experience, we want to hear from you

**No Experience? No Worries** If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide training to suit.

**YOU**:

- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable and articulate with the ability to quickly establish trust
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
- WA drivers’ licence is required
- ** Proven success in a dealership environment will be highly regarded**
