**What You'll Do**:

- Match customers with the perfect pre-owned vehicles from our top-quality range
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first handshake to handover
- Build rapport, follow up leads, and maintain strong after-sales relationships
- Work alongside a passionate, professional team who love what they do
- Smash sales targets and earn serious $$$ through our generous commission structure

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential - we’ll train the right person)
- A genuine love for helping people
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and resilience - you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid WA driver’s license
