**Guydeez** is seeking passionate and knowledgeable locals to join our team in Melbourne. As a host, you will lead private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers who are eager to explore the city beyond typical tourist paths.

You do not need to be a professional tour guide. We are looking for individuals who genuinely love Melbourne and enjoy sharing it with others.

**Position Details**
- Job Title: Freelance Tour Guide
- Location: Melbourne (in-person)
- Job Type: Part-time / Freelance
- Contract Type: Freelance
- Compensation: 200 AUD per day, plus bonuses and performance-based incentives
- Start Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Flexible - you choose your availability

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead immersive walking experiences across Melbourne’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden spots
- Share stories, cultural insights, history, and food recommendations with travelers
- Tailor tours to fit the interests and pace of each group
- Provide excellent customer service and create warm, engaging, and memorable experiences

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Melbourne and a passion for sharing your city
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Chinese are a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and personable with strong communication skills
- Comfortable hosting experiences ranging from 3 to 8 hours
- Prior experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus, but not required
