Home Lending Executive - Epping (12 Month Contract)

**We are looking for a Home Lending Executive to join our Epping Branch. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.**

Our Home Lending Executives are the type of people who thrive on creating long-lasting relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction.

**Do work that matters**

Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.

**More specifically you will**:

- Help customers achieve their home finance goals tailored to their needs
- Drive community engagement and build professional and customer relationships within the community
- Generate your own business development opportunities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain existing proprietary relationships

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
- Demonstrated business development success
- A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
