**Position**
As an experienced Safety Professional you will be supporting two Distribution Centres with safety leadership, coaching, and technical support. With a continuous improvement focus you will drive positive safety culture, and engage with leadership and frontline operations.

**Experience**:
We’re looking for someone who can coach and influence key stakeholders.

Key requirements:

- Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety (minimum Cert IV or ongoing study)
- Strong experience working in operational environments
- Excellent project and/or change management skills
- Being consultative in your approach to safety engagement
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS legislation and Work Cover guidelines with the ability to advise
- A passion to learn, develop and grow whilst making impact
