**About the position**
Priceworth Furniture is now on the hunt for a Office and Operation Assistant to join our company. responsibility for coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. Conduct themselves only in ways which is consistent with the G.I.F.T values of Growth, Integrity, Focus and Teamwork and reflect well on the companies’ compliance of policies and procedures.
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area.
- Provide exceptional value adding and customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant Assist in customers queries and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Escalate or refer any unresolved actions to your manager in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned Support.
- Comply so far as reasonable instructions provided by your manager
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager
- Ensure product is accurate, labelled correctly and on time
- Optimise inventory and processes within the warehouse
- Report damage or losses
- Update the system and documentation on stock movements
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
- Maintain documents and update compliance records
- Assist with improvement initiatives or projects within operations
- Investigate discrepancies or issues involving deliveries

- Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and accuracy requirements
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establish work priorities
- Ability to work hands-on in the warehouse as well as administrative tasks
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Organised with a continuous improvement mind-set

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
