We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work in our Projects Management Office. From project initiation to project completion, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects. Your main responsibility will be to support our experienced Project Managers with their day to day tasks, helping to deliver an amazing experience for our customers. You will be involved at every phase of the project, with the opportunity to collaborate with clients, suppliers and our Pro AV team members across Australia.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at an AV integrator or construction firm.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great attention to detail that will ensure you are able to thrive when it comes to working with complex integrated technology.
- A highly organised, meticulous nature that will help you achieve outstanding results in a fast paced, challenging & fun environment.
- Fantastic work ethic and 'whatever it takes' attitude to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
- Procurement, project planning, resource management and basic financial skills.

Essentially we are looking for someone to be the glue that holds it all together and keeps our Project Delivery teams in sync
