**Role and Responsibilities** The Training Manager - Instructional System Design (TMI) is responsible to the Manager for Training Capability (MTC) for leading the Instructional System Design (ISD) analysis and ADDIE solutions compliant with the System Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) in support of the Training Capability.
