At Hobby Therapy Australia, we run supportive social groups for teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our sessions combine structured activities with relaxed socialisation—our current sessions offer participants LEGO, Gunpla kits, video games, D&D, and anime clubs.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic **Youth Worker** to help facilitate our hobby-based social groups.

**Requirements**:
**Blue Card + First Aid + Police Check**
**Cert IV or higher** in Community Services, Disability Services, or a related field
Passion for hobbies (Warhammer, D&D, video games) and a **working knowledge of Minecraft & Roblox**
Experience working with teenagers and young adults with ASD and **Crisis Intervention Training**

**Highly Desirable**:

- Current driver’s license
- Willingness to transport participants upon request to or from the office
- High level qualifications, such as being a qualified OT, Social Worker, or Councillor. But your aptitude for the job is important than these qualifications
