**About us**

Monash Health is Victoria’s largest public health service and proudly provides healthcare to one quarter of Melbourne’s population, across the entire lifespan from newborn and children, to adults, the elderly, their families and carers. More than 22,000 people work at over 40 care locations across south-eastern Melbourne.

In this newly created role, you’ll be an integral member of the People and Culture Business Partnerships team and will support operations including executive recruitment and remuneration, workforce analytics and reporting. Working with the Director of People and Culture Operations and Executive Director People and Culture, you’ll also engage with the Department of Health and other government bodies.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture Operations, if appointed to this role, you’ll advise, support and provide recommendations on key operational functions, particularly in the areas of workforce capability and capacity, engagement and attracting and maintaining talent.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Delivering accurate, cost effective and timely advice on people initiatives
- Conducting and advising on workforce analysis reviews
- Working with senior management on future planning and workforce strategy
- Developing a reputation as a high performing, respected, influential and credible People and Culture professional

**Your experience and expertise**

You can demonstrate experience in developing people management advice in a complex, multi-site environment, enabling you to assist organisations to achieve people related solutions and outcomes. With strong stakeholder management skills as well as analytical, research and reporting skills you are a proven problem-solver. Your ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, along with your proven change management experience will position you well for success in this complex role.

You hold undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications in Business or Management ideally including a major in Human Resource Management.
