**About the Role**

We are seeking a Field Service Controller/Scheduler to join our team at our Brisbane Branch located in Larapinta. Reporting to the Branch Service Manager, this position is responsible for efficiently allocating breakdowns, scheduled maintenance and other repairs to technicians.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Book service work for retail and rental equipment.
- Coordination and allocation of service and breakdown jobs to technicians.
- Maintain information relating to service and breakdown jobs.
- Plan daily work to ensure the labour available is utilised to its full capacity.
- Coordinate quoted Additional Repair jobs.
- Coordinate 3rdparty suppliers for breakdown jobs.
- Monitor service Work In Progress.
- Monitor Technician’s work hours on a daily basis.
- Monthly reporting on daily job totals and response times.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role where required to control/coordinate a team of remote technicians (desirable)
- Experience in the Material Handling Industry or Industrial Services Industry,
- Proven experience using an ERP (M3, SAP etc.)
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Superior communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
- Strong telephone skills and experience responding to a high volumes of customer queries over the phone.
- Proven ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner.
